GRAFFITI is as illegal in Europe as anywhere across the world. But that doesn't stop punks from creating THIS:
and all this with a spray painting can and in the dark to avoid being caught.

Swaroski crystal world (Austria) is probably one of the world's only shop to charge people a fee for entering. But then they also have 14 rooms worth of installations like these:
