WHEN IN PARIS, DON’T FEED THE PIGEONS

The pigeons are fed contraceptives to keep their population in check. Ergo, killing their appetite for contraceptives by feeding them invites heavy fines. 
A King’s edict many centuries ago may have stunted Paris’ skyline but then again who needs a skyline when you buildings this intricately made?
